Surrounded by greenery and immersed in the tranquillity of the Apulian countryside, the farmhouse welcomes its guests in an atmosphere that combines tradition and modernity. Each room is designed to offer a unique experience, where the charm of ancient rural buildings meets contemporary comfort. The property consists of three main residences – Trullo, Barrel-vaulted house e Subordinate House – as well as various communal areas dedicated to relaxation, events and leisure activities.
Trullo
Finely restored in accordance with the original construction techniques, the Trulli can accommodate up to eight people and represent the most authentic essence of Apulian rural culture. Inside, modern comforts and tasteful furnishings blend with the exposed stone and cone-shaped vaults. It is possible to book the entire Trullo or individual rooms. Barrel-vaulted house
An intimate and welcoming environment, ideal for three people. The space, characterised by typical stone vaults, includes a practical kitchenette, a private bathroom and a fireplace that creates a warm and familiar atmosphere. The entire flat can be booked. Frederick or the rooms Paul e Francis.
Subordinate House
Clean lines, natural light and authentic materials come together in a contemporary design that dialogues with the tradition of the Masseria. This flat, designed to accommodate up to four people, offers an elegant and functional space for a stay characterised by comfort and style.
Trulli Square
An open, relaxing space where you can read, chat or simply soak up the silence of the countryside. The stone trulli surrounding it create an intimate and evocative atmosphere.
Court One
Spacious and bright, with direct access to the bar, it is perfect for events and receptions. A convivial place to toast, listen to music and share special moments surrounded by the beauty of the countryside.
Court Two
A secluded and peaceful corner, ideal for small events or outdoor dinners. Surrounded by dry stone walls and Mediterranean vegetation, it offers an authentic and relaxed setting.
Panoramic Swimming Pool
In the heart of the farmhouse is a large swimming pool surrounded by greenery, perfect for cooling off on hot days or admiring the sunsets over the hills of Monopoly. A place where time seems to stand still and nature takes centre stage.
Bar
A cosy and convivial space where you can enjoy artisan coffees, local wines and cocktails prepared with fresh ingredients, often sourced from the farm's vegetable garden. Stone and wood define a simple and authentic environment, perfect for a relaxing break.
